CLERMONT, FL, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Zenodro Homes, a family-owned Central Florida builder, broke ground today on a new clubhouse and amenity center at Hidden Forest, its 132-home vacation-home community in Clermont. The 5,000 square-foot amenity center is scheduled for completion at the end of Q1 2027 and represents a continued investment by the builder in the Four Corners area.The clubhouse will feature a resort-style pool with an adjoining spa, a fitness center, and a game room, along with plenty of lounge seating.
Every home at Hidden Forest includes a private pool, and the new clubhouse will serve the community's 132 homes exclusively. Zenodro builds a dedicated amenity center in each of its communities rather than a single facility shared across several neighborhoods.

The clubhouse is being built using the same concrete block construction, consistent with the construction standard Zenodro uses across its resort-style townhomes.
