"We're a small nonprofit and we really need to get high visibility and a lot of traction... for these new properties so we get good leasing velocity," said Eric Breuer, who oversees the transition of these new developments into service for Community Development NWA.

Noting the challenge of marketing a high-end property in an area undergoing a renaissance, Breuer emphasized the need to secure top search rankings for terms like "downtown Springdale Apartments" to accurately position the property to prospective market-rate renters.
