Rock Island Arsenal Housing Secures #1 Spot in Army Tenant Satisfaction for Third Consecutive Year
For the third consecutive year, Cadence Communities at Rock Island Arsenal has earned the No. 1 ranking in Army resident satisfaction.
According to results from the annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey, administered independently by CEL & Associates Inc., RIA achieved an "Outstanding" overall satisfaction score of 94.6. The recognition highlights the installation’s commitment to providing high-quality privatized housing, robust community support, and exceptional property management for military families.
“Securing the number one spot in Army resident satisfaction for three consecutive years is a phenomenal achievement that speaks directly to our priorities here at Rock Island Arsenal,” said Col. Jason M. Knapp, Rock Island Arsenal garrison commander. “Quality of life is not just a catchphrase; it is directly tied to the readiness and peace of mind of our service members and their families.”
“When our families know they have safe, outstanding, and well-managed homes to return to, they can focus entirely on their mission,” Knapp added. “This 'Outstanding' rating is a testament to the seamless partnership between our garrison team, Cadence Communities, and the residents who actively engage with us to keep making RIA a premier place to live and work.”
The annual survey measures resident feedback across three primary indices, with RIA logging top-of-class scores across the board:
- Overall satisfaction: 94.6
- Service satisfaction: 97.1
- Property satisfaction: 90.4
In addition to securing the Army’s top overall ranking, Rock Island Arsenal earned three Platinum A-List awards recognizing exceptional resident satisfaction and customer service excellence.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences and feedback of the service members and families we serve,” said Katie Huff, Project Director for Cadence Communities. “We are incredibly proud of our team and the level of service they provide every day. The feedback we receive through the Tenant Satisfaction Survey helps us understand where we are doing well and where we can continue to improve, as we remain committed to providing quality housing and an exceptional living experience that service members and families are proud to call home and where they can live, work and thrive.”
Garrison officials emphasized that safe, comfortable, and well-managed housing remains foundational to workforce readiness and well-being, extending thanks to residents for their ongoing feedback and partnership.
